Refund and Return Policy

Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting our Contact Us Page within 30 days of receiving your order. We would be responsible for the return shipping fee incurred.

Terms and conditions for returned items:

  1. Products returned for exchange must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returned products with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.

  2. We would be responsible for the shipping charge incurred for products with quality-related issues. Customer would be responsible for the shipping charge incurred for products with other issues, such as color and  sizing.

  3. When sending a return or exchange, it is recommended that you ship the items with UPS, DHL or Fedex that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.

  4. Return items could be shipped to the designated address given by our customer service after the due verification process is completed.

  5. Credits would be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item. 

  6. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable but we will not deduct any further cost for the return.
